IFTA , IFTA(page2)Tax Report: This is the quarterly return that you must file with IFTA.
KY, NM, NY, NY(page2), OR Mile Tax Forms: Reports that must be filed with the particular states to pay tax on using these states’ highways
Unit List: A detailed report of each unit you company has on file in our database for reporting
IRP Report: This report lists how many miles were ran in each state, per quarter, as well as a percentage for each state compared to the total number of miles ran
Fuel Report: Lists all fuel purchases in any given quarter
Audit Detail Report: Lists all data for all the trips taken, by specific unit
Fuel Tax Summary: Shows the amount of taxes due, by state, for each quarter
Trip Count Report: Lists the number of trips, miles ran, fuel purchases, and miles per gallon, by unit
SSR Report: Shows the number of units ran in each state for any given quarter
Xero-Fax will include the IFTA report, road mile tax forms, unit list, and audit detail report with each quarterly preparation, while the others are available upon request of the company. Please call for details.
